If BA pax complained and BA listened, why has Emirates got away with it on their 777's? People seem to say Emirates are great etc, but the reviews on Skytrax often have people complaining about how cramped the seats are and the lack of legroom.
I've flown twice on a EK 777 in Y and it didn't seem too bad although it has to be said I'm Mr Average. The excellent Y service also helped.
I much prefer aircraft which only have two seats at the window so I would likely choose the Iberia A340 over a BA 777 if flying in Y. My biggest dread would be stuck in the middle middle in WT....not sure I could handle that any more.
