I usually fly AA. Tried IB for JFK-MAD and MAD-ORD. Both were horrible experiences. Older planes (almost no entertainment), sub-standard food (same as BA, actually), annoyed FA's...

At least AA has seatback entertainment in some routes.

Have never flown LAN but have always heard good things. Even my parents (no FFs) flew the short MIA-CCS and loved it.

I'd say just because of the planes take LA. That and intangibles.

Also, would you guys say because that plane continues/returns to/from Frankfurt it would be less likely to run out of "things"?
