Food was fine. I was less impressed with the entertainment system than others seem to have been, mostly because it doesn't seem to have significantly more choices than what you get in Y on the day flight from IAD to LHR.
Regarding IFE, sCO has a lot more titles than sUA, but I've never found a difference in the titles between Y and premium cabins on the same metal. (sUA has a better interface, and they should really go with the sUA system, but with more movies like on sCO.)
