Having done this recently, I'll say that: 1) I have slept in many a hotel bed that was less comfortable than the GlobalFirst seat and 2) I really like that the amenity kit is designed with a hanging hook.

Food was fine. I was less impressed with the entertainment system than others seem to have been, mostly because it doesn't seem to have significantly more choices than what you get in Y on the day flight from IAD to LHR.
