BA hand luggage check at the gate (AMS)
A first one for me! I flew LHR-AMS-LHR yesterday and upon boarding the BA425 return flight @ AMS I noticed gate staff taking every single piece of hand luggage aside and making pax fit them in the "sizing rack"
I've seen this before with low cost carriers such as EZ/FR but never on BA.

Then again, if you look at the amount of junk some people try to take on board on the peak hour (6pm) flights it does make sense to become a bit stricter on this policy


PS: upon return to T5 I noticed BA's G-EUOH in white & golden colours. What's the reasoning behind that, Olympic VIP's?
