Officially the idea is that if you are in the snooze zone and don't want to go straight to sleep you can eat at the bar but this often isn't followed in practice so you may still be able to get the at-seat service albeit with the lights off.

If you want to change your seat assignment there may be extra available seats once online check-in opens.
