I'm considering flying with Korean air or Asiana airline to Korea with my 9 pounds dog. I'm hoping to be able to fit her under the seat instead of flying in cargo. However, both of the airlines have restrictions on weight limit as 11 pounds ( pet +carrier). it's likely we will be 1-2 pounds over. So I want to find out if any of you had experiences with these guys. And how strict are they when it comes to weighting your pet at the airport? I'll be flying out of JFK. Many thanks!!
