If flight shows R1/ RN1 23 hours prior to flight can I request U/g with RPU.
Mods please move if this belongs in another thread:

I was wait listed for First with RPU which did not clear 24 hours out. My understanding is that RPU does not transfer to airport wait list. I am #1 on upgrade list and noticed flight is showing R1/RN1 so called 1 k line for upgrade with new RPU but they are unable to get system to release upgrade.

Is this another SHARES bug or do I not understand how the upgrade process works.
