Made a request at the Four Points Gatineau Ottawa Centre a couple weeks ago for a 1 night stay. Requested 6 - 6pm, and they came back with 3:30pm checkout due to being sold out.

It's a conference property so late checkout isn't guaranteed and the hotel was actually sold out the next night as there was a convention in town and no availability on SPG.
