I just went there today from 1pm-4pm, it is only nice just because I can get in there for free as UA*G flying domestic, other than that, the food and amenities they have is only very so slightly better than RCC (UC), far worse than LH lounge in IAD.

Food options: I thought I could go in there expect the same type of food serve in LH IAD lounge to fill me up for lunch, I was totally wrong ! Other than cold pasta (no meat) and hot soup, everything same as RCC. Not to mention they only refill and cleanup only once every hour despite the lounge is rather full. (because of that, all the glasses collected but nothing replaced, so anyone even only want to drink water, they have to use the tall wine glasses !) And there is only a small fridge with beer and soda, so basically it empty out pretty fast

Bathroom: Only one for woman and one for man, no multiple stalls or urinals inside the man's room. If one lock himself there for whatever reasons, you have to go out of the lounge.

Lounge dragon really insist on the card and boarding pass. The guy went right before me, he didn't have the card, and he said UA didn't issue him the *G card, but he said the boarding pass already said star gold on it. However the dragon said no and he got turned away. The dragon did swipe both my boarding pass and the card.
