Hi,

A colleague and I are travelling BOS-LHR next week. This is the first time we'll be on VS Upper Class (we've normally gone on BA ClubWorld in the past, but at the suggestion of a London-based colleague, decided to try VS). We only found out about the need for this trip in the last few days and so just booked our tickets earlier today. We weren't able to obtain seat assignments via VS's website. When we called VS for seat assignments, the only seats remaining were in the Snooze zone, which we took just to get a seat assignment.

So a few questions from a VS newbie:
1) Neither of us usually sleep very much on BOS-LHR flights, and so we were wondering if we still get full at-seat meal service in the Snooze zone (or do we have to go to the bar)?
2) Are there any other things people who don't plan on snoozing very much should know about being seated in the Snooze zone?
3) Any strategies for getting seats in the "regular" Upper Class section other than trying to change seats at online check-in/asking at the ticket counter?
4) Finally, is the in-flight entertainment on this route on demand?
