I would add that MSP ad DTW connections require more time for most RJ to mainline or vice versa routes. ATL has summer afternoon thunderstorm delays, as do DCA, DTW, and MSP, but when ATL gets a dusting of snow or a bit of freezing rain, the airport and the city basically shut down. They don't have the equipment or expertise to deal with it.
