This sounds more like a question than a rumor. First off, DL has already reduced its flights at DCA. I am unaware of any other major changes. DL still has a very healthy schedule to all of the hubs and they just were awarded a second SLC slot.

There is a huge demand at DCA and I can't see the SkyClub going anywhere. AA, US, UA all have clubs at DCA and I can't see Delta making any change. Just ask anyone who uses the SkyClub at DCA and it's never empty.

If the OP is posting this as a rumor I call it totally bogus.
