Hello, when I received my Super Elite welcome package there was a page with a QR code for all of the contact info. My blackberry reads the code, asks what language, then asks for my aeroplan number. It always returns a message that my number is not valid?

I called AP & AC last night and they were confused and asked me to call the other guy, so I waited for today as i figure the day time guys are the "A" team and I was wrong!

Is this a known issue?
