I too prefer a high quality (read whole muscle) turkey deli product when making & dining on a club sandwich. UNLESS the real turkey is sliced thin & is moist but most places let the breast get dry so that's why I prefer a high quality deli turkey.
I don't care much for any of Subway's meats, but I'll even take them or this over real turkey breast. Much moister, so doesn't need gobs of mayo or avocado (calories) to be able to swallow it. Of course I'd prefer Boar's Head or similar.
