quality is in the eye of the beholder. Many consumers like Subway meats which is mostly water held in the meat slurry by carageenan which is a seaweed derivative that holds 27 times it's weight in water. So crap in my opinion.

I too prefer a high quality (read whole muscle) turkey deli product when making & dining on a club sandwich. UNLESS the real turkey is sliced thin & is moist but most places let the breast get dry so that's why I prefer a high quality deli turkey.
