they actually bring in employees like CSA/GAs to other areas they serve such as ORD. Especially when it comes to some of the remote Alaska locations, its much cheaper for AS to relocate a current worker who wants to go to the location for a year or 2 or 3, rather than try to recruit, hire, and train someone at an outpost location where there is minimal supervision around
