As San Gottardo pointed out, I guess that they wish to incentivize people to use other means of CKI and reduce the number of airport agents.
The information released is only about HLE. This does not mean that the time for last call that is included on the boarding pass provided by the OLCI process will be adjusted (or not); just that the information, if any, has not been released
