sorry but w/o any proof I agree with the UA reps, that said that doesnt mean they can call the OP a Liar , but should have said unless you can supply us with proof that you indeed flew from ORD on UA theres nothing I can do unfortunately

I had trouble yrs ago when on a ZFV tkt, where eventually COs and Amtraks computers began speaking to each other. If you didnt ride Amtrak up from Philly your tkt was CXed some folks tkt was CXed on the Outbound others for the Inbound. Of cause once I said where should I bring my bag tag and BP to that I indeed flew on the OutBound flight as I was tkted got my InBound put back in place.

But it seems the burden of proof is on the passenger and I understand fully why. Again I was never called a Liar or making it up and neither should the OP have been,even if in fact they never flew ORD-EWR!
