I don't consider Sees to be of the same calibre as the other chocolatiers mentioned in this post. I thought the op was looking for luxury chocolates like Jean Paul Hevin and La Maisson du Chocolat (the two brands mentioned in the op). The op is in HNL, Sees is easily available there at a fraction of the cost. Even the luxury European chocolate brands cost far less in Europe than in HK. In short, the op can get his/her chocolate fix in HK, but will have to be prepared to pay for it dearly.
