I'll have a try anyway, as I do use the 'well done' facility when I get good service as I did on the way out, but as it was annoying for there to be nothing for a while and did impinge on my enjoyment of the flight a bit you never know, they may take pity on a lowly new Bronze....
You only said a little later in your initial post not half the flight, were the service recovery forms given out?
