There were no movies on demand or audio (and I did want to hear Just A Minute before bedding down for the run to LHR), and that is AVOD I guess?. A little later there were 22 video channels available from what seemed like a back up, but these were rolling channels. The Captain came on to announce the fault and that he hoped we could get it fixed. It didn't get fixed. So was that a back up IFE?. Just want to make sure I get my terms right before asking BA for a few Avios! I understand this is a relatively common problem?

Other than that, the flight was great. Loved the Dosa station in the YYZ lounge!^
