SQ has a logic in their sub-classes which other airlines would do well to follow. S is the highest Economy fare (above Y) but combinable with pretty much everything from V to P.
Oh its error on my part as i was looking at the full S fare price on EF.com, Sam Bee, your clarification should be the correct answer instead of mine.
