If you have a card with suitable credit limit you could book something refundable, wait for the voucher and then cancel your refundable thing once you've spent £10k elsewhere. I've read others doing that on here but not tried it myself.
I did this earlier this year, not to trigger the 241 specifically as I had already earned it, but I got a large prepaid hotel bill refunded while I was there so I could pay with my LTSBPDA and get 25 Avios per £.
This took me way under the 10K threshold but the voucher remained. From what I have read on here I'm expecting to have to spend > £10k to earn next year's voucher when the year rolls over.
