Your24 is proving useless to me....

I requested an 8 pm checkin at the Sheraton LaGuardia, in September. Denied. Said because of " high occupancy". I thought this benefit would be MOST useful at an airport hotel.

The denial told me that I could alter my request and try again, so I submitted a 7pm request. That was a week ago. No reply. Being ignored. Lovely.
