Made a purchase about ten months ago. Points posted nine months ago. Points deducted about seven months ago. No reason given. After lots of emails back and forth, and an intervention from the Cartera rep on FT, the points have finally reappeared, six months after my initial query to Cartera customer service.
The system definitely needs some work.
Who was the Cartera rep on FT? I've been going back and forth with them for points owed back from Sep '11 and not having any luck. They promised they'd be credited weeks ago but still nothing.
