I loved Key West when I visited last year. It's a very laid back, relaxing place. Hotels are expensive but the bed-and-breakfast places are all decent enough (but still expensive). If you're a bit adventurous, head out to the Dry Tortugas, the most remote national park in the US (boat ride there and back is ~$150).
