I wouldn't discount the Sheraton. Good location, nice hotel. Can't speak for the suite upgrades, but otherwise, quite satisfied. I haven't stayed at a Westin there in several years, but my recent Sheraton experience was better than my Westin experiences of days past.
Just did the Sheraton for the first time, after many stays at the Ws and Westins.
Pros: decent location/great views, good club lounge, good gym, likely better rates
Cons: I'd take either Westin or W Lakeshore location over Sheraton (easier El access), hotel felt huge and impersonal to me, rooms are definitely showing their age
Westin RN is my go-to if the price is right, but right now it's crazy even with a good cop. rate.
