Things might be getting better, but with my limited travel experience (book most flights away from UA) for the past couple of weeks, it is still crappy.

1. Flying on segments with *A carriers, the system does not even know I have taken the flight and have to call in to ensure the ticket (with the red letter warnings) does not get cancelled.
2. My SAA flights have not posted yet.
3. The upgrade process is a mystery - get a feeling I am being shafted. Do not know if I should even risk booking W class fare TATL and pray for a GPU upgrade.
