I agree, though I don't see many of these open issues as being integration-related. These systems issues have plagued CO for years. They may be more noticeable now because CO is now bigger, or circumstances are different (e.g., more partner or OAL issued tickets that some of CO's ancillary systems can't handle), or PMUA customers are accustomed to a higher level of system performance or reliability.

Perhaps not, but the PMUA system had been used at a carrier this size and had been reasonably refined as such.
