I have a love/hate relationship with this property. I stay here almost once a month. Most of the employees recognize me but rarely acknowledge my platinum status. I have only been upgraded here once in 3 years! The food in the lounge is great but you feel like you have to stay there to have a drink. It would be nice if they had some drinks or bottled waters to take back to your room.

The rooms do have a nice plush feeling but they go a little to far by not having a flat sheet on the bed. Sorry, I feel weird with my feet hanging out from under a duvet that is on the small side with no sheet to make me feel tucked in.

In general the rooms are really clean. As a business traveller I have learned that I prefer the 2 queen rooms on the outside or the king room with atrium view. These rooms are much larger than the standard king with outside view. Also, the outside rooms can be pretty noisy with garbage trucks, sirens and nightclub noise if you are trying to get a good nights sleep!

The restaurants in this hotel are amazing. Even the room service comes from Urban Farmer and it is fabulous!

The only other issue I have is with parking. The valet is pricey and really slow. At $39 a night plus tax I expect to get my car fast but that is never the case because the park cars several blocks away, FYI...
