I've had problems with this and I do indeed have a suffix as part of my name. Do I need to do anything or will they eventually take care of it? it just took one call (about an hour total), they actually changed the "name" on the ticket (to remove the suffix). Once ticket agreed with the cet "name", the ticket issued quickly.
Will it resove itself, I do not know, I waited 10 days before calling.
