had a similar issue, if you happen to have a suffix as part of your name there is a name mismatch problem that can only be handled manually.
I've had problems with this and I do indeed have a suffix as part of my name. Do I need to do anything or will they eventually take care of it? If I thought one phone call would take of it I'd go ahead and do it .....but for the last one it took four phone calls and dealing with lots of dismissive agents telling me to be patient.
