I have a PMUA domestic ecert and am able to pull up an international itinerary with it online. It even has a USAir codeshare in the itinerary which I thought wasn't allowed.

I'd like to use the ecert on a trip with the family. Is there any way to book a multi-passenger itinerary, and just apply the e-cert to one person? Otherwise I'd have to pay for E+ for my wife.
