According to SeatGuru, the economy class is as follows:
AB330-300: pitch width seating details
Eco Class: 31-33.0" 17.5" 232 seats
AB330-200: pitch width seating details
Eco Class: 32.0" 17.5" 181 seats

Agree with other FT members, AB330-200 is the more desirable one.
