They are essentially the same in coach, so I'd pick based on which had more desirable seats open -- such as those in Economy Comfort or exit rows. I'd also consider which flight has better timing. If you're still indifferent, then I'd pick the 332 since it is indeed smaller so loading/offloading is a little faster.
