Is routing through NRT permitted, using the AF nonstop? This should mean more miles. From NRT, you could take DL flights (in the very same area of Terminal 1) to HKG or SIN and then the AF codeshares on QF into PER, although these are likely to be overnight connections. If you change to QF at NRT, it requires a horrible change of terminals.

CZ has good customer service but their planes are notoriously tightly packed in coach.
