I am travelling LHR-HKG F staying in HKG for three days then onto PER in J on the same booking reference.

I am trying to find out if I can use F baggaage of 40kg on the J sector.

The website says:

"For through journeys where the passenger travels partly on first or Business class and partly on economy class, the free baggage allowance for each portion of travel shall be granted according to each purchased ticket class.

Where a passenger who has paid the First or Business class fare travels on Economy class, the free baggage allowance shall be given based on that for the First or Business class service respectively."

It is a miles redemption (AA miles - 105K). Can I safely assume I can use the F allowance on the J flight (40kg) without risk of argument?
