My fee is $85 but it is still a great deal at that price for me.
I got 70k points after 1st use, and the annual certificate, and 15 qualifying nights annually, the ability to earn more qualifying nights just through card usage.
The 50% bonus on MR points when you use the card at a Marriott (100% at Residence Inn and Townplace) is also a nice bennie.
Well worth $85 a year.
