I watch the movie generally with one ear out of the headset so that I can converse with the crew. That and because one ear on the headphones invariably doesn't work anyway!
On last flight set up buddy seat with wife including iPad candle and was all set for romantic dinner for two. My kids were fed and asleep in 1AK leaving us to have a great night out and no baby sitter to worry about.
When the time came I look over and she is fast asleep and remained so for 8 hrs!
