Is either flight marketed as a flagship service? If the 777 is but the 757 is not, that will make a difference (flagship = better). Not sure if the MIA transcons are flagship or not nowadays.

If you don't care about the TP, the 777 is significantly more comfortable.

Also, if you're at all interested, you could do a miles upgrade to real F on the 777.
