What Goes Into Making a FS Marriott Bed

Happened to be doing some work in my room at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay when housekeeping arrives. I'm off to the side of the room so that housekeeping can do their thing uninterrupted; punching away at my iPad as not to make the housekeeper feel like I'm hovering.

So I glance over as she "changes" my sheets. The pillowcases are stripped from the pillows but the larger sham pillows are tossed to the floor, as is the comforter. The top sheet is removed but the bottom sheet is merely left on and tightened from one corner. She returns to the room with a replacement top sheet and pillowcases and begins to reassemble the bed. So to recap:
Replaced - top sheet, pillowcases
Reused - bottom sheet, pillow shams and comforter

Now I don't expect the comforter to be washed upon every use. But i usually sleep with the larger sham pillows as they are much firmer than the traditional down pillows. But I'm beginning to rethink that habit. Am I being fussy in expecting the bottom sheet and pillow shams to be changed along with the rest of the linens?
