It's a lot more than a few inches of extra legroom if you get the bulkhead row (10). Definitely go for that if you have the option.

Personally I'd go with 10A or K. I had 10D once and it was darn good by economy seat standards, except I could see straight through to the F cabin for the whole flight. Nobody likes being confronted by what they're missing out on.
