Another vote of agreement. I'm struggling to think of a worse connection but even CDG to ORY or LIN to MXP are a piece of cake compared to this. Maybe STN to that Bedfordshire airport that can't be mentioned on this forum.

LGA to JFK is OK though, so I'd re-route that way round, if you can't fly direct into JFK. I know of people in places on the East Coast routing themselves into ORD and back out to JFK to avoid connections like this.
