Flying Blue doesn't allow for free stopovers (greater than 24 hours) so the concept of "maximizing" your miles in the, say, bmi Diamond Club sense, doesn't really exist in Flying Blue. On Flying Blue, all flights from Europe to Australia via Asia cost the same (or at least, start from the same mileage level) regardless of route/airline.

PER is served by a solitary SkyTeam airline - China Southern, from Beijing via Guangzhou, which appears to operate 3 times weekly in each direction. If you do a trial booking, this is the only routing suggested via the online booking tool, and availability is excellent.

I'm not sure if you could redeem on the Malaysian Airlines route from Kuala Lumpur, or the Qantas routes from Hong Kong and Singapore - you would probably have to ring up and ask.

Alternately, if you are planning on travelling around Australia, you could look into arriving at a different gateway (Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, for instance) which would give you potentially more options as regards airlines/routings.
