Who is it reserved for?
What does it take to reserve a seat in this section?
The "reserved seating" in coach is where United quarantines its most loyal and frequent customers. It places them there so it can keep an eye on them. Then as the flight approaches it takes out the can of Loyalty Be Gone and sprays the frequent flyer, tears up their existing BP in the "reserved seating" section and places them in a random seat or maybe even just "loses" their reservation by saying it is out of synch. Don't fall for the "reserved seating" trap!!!
