If arriving Intl F / Business on UA or US metal and departing domestic UA, that will allow UC access. It is vaguely hinted at in http://www.united.com/web/en-US/cont...ght/first.aspx and http://www.united.com/web/en-US/cont...ge/access.aspx but the agents have a instruction sheet that is more explicit.

Also if *G, that would allow access.
