When in doubt I usually call the hotel itself to clarify what types of rooms they have and if they confirm that there is no difference between a king guest room and a double 1 king (? possibly 2 guests 1 king bed), in the comments section of your claim I would state that. In other words, tell them you called hotel and they confirmed it was the same room type. I'd also call agoda if they provide a number and clarify with them. However, and this is just me, I never book a non-refundable room that I plan to file a BRG on because you just never know.
