Hello,
I have an AC code share flight from YEG-LAS with a connection in Denver... I've never been to DEN before and I had a couple questions...

I have a couple friends coming along that have no status and will need to check a bag, will they have to pay $25 for YEG-DEN than another $25 from DEN-LAS? Or since it's just a layover will the $25 for the whole way suffice?

I'm assuming just like other US airports I need to go grab my bags than go through security again?

Had no choice to book this flight since the AC ones that transit in YVR are like $1000 one way lol..

Anywhere good to eat in the airport(Restaurant)?
