I book through UA's website often. What I usually do is wait until the day before the flight, and then enter the flight numbers into the Flight Status tool. Be sure to select the correct day you are traveling (tomorrow). It will tell you the arrival terminal, and sometimes the gate. You can double-check again the day of departure.
